Filthy Rich Apparel Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Filthy Rich Apparel, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry.
Qualifying stone-set Cuban link necklaces and bracelets are protected by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, with additional 1-Year Stone Coverage as described below.
This warranty applies only to products whose individual product listing expressly states that the item is covered by the Filthy Rich Apparel Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Limited Lifetime Coverage
For as long as the original purchaser owns the covered piece, Filthy Rich Apparel warrants the product against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship resulting from the original manufacturing process.
Lifetime coverage applies to qualifying manufacturing defects affecting the structural construction of the jewelry, including covered defects involving the links, clasp, or other structural components.
For purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” means for as long as the original purchaser owns the covered product.
1-Year Stone Coverage
For one year from the original purchase date, the covered product also includes protection against qualifying stone loss caused by a defect in the original manufacturing or stone-setting process.
Stone coverage applies when Filthy Rich Apparel determines, following evaluation of the product and circumstances of the claim, that the stone loss resulted from a qualifying manufacturing or setting defect.
The 1-Year Stone Coverage period begins on the original purchase date.
Repair or replacement of a product does not restart or extend the original 1-Year Stone Coverage period.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from circumstances unrelated to an original manufacturing defect.
Examples of conditions not covered include:
• Accidental damage
• Impact, crushing, or excessive force
• Bent, stretched, or damaged links
• Pulling or snagging
• Improper use, care, or storage
• Damage resulting from conditions inconsistent with recommended jewelry care
• Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic wear
• Natural surface changes or cosmetic wear that may occur over time with normal use
• Stone loss occurring after expiration of the 1-Year Stone Coverage period
• Loss or theft of the jewelry
• Damage caused by alteration, modification, or third-party repair
Normal signs of use and aging are not considered manufacturing defects.
A third-party repair or modification does not automatically eliminate warranty coverage for unrelated defects; however, damage resulting from or related to that repair, alteration, or modification is not covered.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval by Filthy Rich Apparel.
To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser may be required to provide:
• Proof of purchase or original order information
• Photographs or video clearly showing the issue
• Additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim
• The product itself for physical inspection when requested
Submission of a warranty claim does not automatically establish that the issue is covered.
Filthy Rich Apparel will determine whether the condition qualifies as a covered manufacturing or stone-setting defect based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the claim.
Approved Warranty Claims
If a claim is approved, Filthy Rich Apparel will, at its option, repair the covered defect or replace the affected product with the same or a reasonably comparable product, subject to product availability.
If the original product, size, style, or configuration is no longer available, a reasonably comparable replacement may be provided.
Warranty remedies apply only to the portion of the product determined to have a qualifying covered defect.
Nothing in this warranty limits any remedy or right that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping products submitted for warranty evaluation unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable and appropriately insured shipping method.
Filthy Rich Apparel is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged while being shipped to us.
If a warranty claim is approved, return shipping arrangements will be provided as applicable to the approved claim.
Original Purchaser
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the covered product and is non-transferable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Covered Products
This warranty applies only to qualifying stone-set Cuban link necklaces and bracelets purchased directly from Filthy Rich Apparel and whose individual product listing expressly references this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Covered products may include different stone-setting methods, including wax-set construction, as well as different widths, lengths, metals, finishes, and stone configurations.
The presence of stones or a particular stone-setting method by itself does not establish warranty eligibility.
Additional Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Some states do not permit certain warranty limitations or exclusions, so some provisions of this warranty may not apply to you.
