Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Processing time is separate from shipping time and begins after your order is placed.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: Available for select locations. Orders must be placed before 12 PM MST for next-business-day delivery.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.00

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Filthy Rich Apparel considers the order fulfilled.

Filthy Rich Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and secure at the time of checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

Filthy Rich Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
