Shipping Insurance Terms & Conditions
By purchasing our optional Shipping Insurance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Coverage
Shipping Insurance provides protection against loss or damage during transit. If your insured package is lost or arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility
• Shipping Insurance must be purchased at checkout.
• Coverage applies only to orders that include the insurance option.
• Lost or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
3. Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if:
• The tracking status has not updated for 10 consecutive business days (domestic orders) or 20 consecutive business days (international orders).
• The carrier confirms the package is lost.
Exclusions:
• Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for a claim.
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not covered.
4. Damaged Packages
A package is considered damaged if:
• The item arrives broken, significantly defective, or unusable.
• Visible damage is present upon delivery.
To file a claim, you must provide:
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• The original order details.
5. Claim Process
• All claims must be submitted via email to filthyrichrevo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Claims will be reviewed within 3-5 business days of submission.
• Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement order or store credit (refunds are not provided).
6. Exclusions & Limitations
• Shipping Insurance does not cover delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather-related disruptions.
• Insurance coverage applies only to the cost of the product and does not cover shipping fees.
• Fraudulent claims will be denied.
7. Agreement
By purchasing Shipping Insurance, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to comply with the claim process may result in claim denial.
